I like buying mp3 songs from Amazon because of the lack of DRM.

I hadn’t realized that the Amazon MP3 Downloader also supports Linux.
(When I first started using it, it was only for Windows.)

The 32-bit Ubuntu 7.10 version of Amazon MP3 Downloader works fine on Ubuntu 9.04.
If you are using the 64-bit version (amd64) of Ubuntu 9.10, you can use these instructions to install the 32-bit version since a native 64-bit version is not available.
